All rental options can be negotiated according to preferences, including furniture and dates.
Benefits are not included and must be paid monthly according to consumption.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, gas water heater, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and crockery for 4 people.
TV in the living room and TV in the bedroom with national free-to-air channels.
Available for 2 people or a couple, from September (entry to be negotiated) until June (exit to be negotiated).
