How to advertise your property
Registration steps
The Portal do Alojamento Universitário is an institutional platform designed to support students and staff in finding accommodation. Listings are submitted directly by private individuals or property owners.
This guide explains, step by step, how to register and publish your listing.
To become an advertiser, fill in the registration form available in the tab on the side of this page.
Follow these steps:
- Enter a valid email address.
- Accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
- (Optional) Choose whether to receive platform-related updates and information.
- Confirm the “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
- Click “Register”.
Your registration will be reviewed by the platform administrator. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is approved.
Once your account has been approved, you can create your listing.
Go to the “Advertise” section and fill in the required fields.

After submission, your listing will be reviewed before it is published.
Once your listing is approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions.
Payment is processed securely via SIBS, and the following methods are available:
- Multibanco Reference
- MB WAY
- Credit Card
Once the payment is confirmed, your listing will be published and remain visible on the Portal for 1 year.
Interested students and staff will contact you directly using the details provided in your listing.
