Close to Pragal train station, which connects quickly to Lisbon (5 minutes).

Shared apartment with a maximum of 2 tenants (3 bedrooms, 1 en suite currently occupied);

Shared bathroom (for 2 persons only), living room, and kitchen (under renovation compared to the photos);

Negotiable expenses (water, electricity, internet);

Bed linen and towels included (laundry at the tenant's expense);
