- There are 4 rooms, three of them single for €375 and one double/shared room for €275 per student (the double can also be converted for single use).
- Includes electricity, water, and internet costs.
- Fully equipped kitchen (stovetops, pots, pans, cutlery...) plus: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, television, iron, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner.
- 2 WCs.
- Ample space/living room. Common area for leisure

- Open space garage for motorcycles or bicycles
- With terrace/terrace where you can dry your clothes and relax with a table and 4 chairs

- The owners do not live in the house; it is intended for students only
