Room in a three-bedroom house, lived in by the owner and her 18-year-old son, as well as Boris (mini sausage).
The room has a single bed and a desk, with access to an enclosed balcony with a table and chairs. The room are cleaned weekly by the tenant. Shared use of the kitchen and living room.
Easy access to all public transportation. A prime location with easy access to all services, leisure and/or sports areas right on the doorstep.
The house is available for viewing by appointment.
