We are looking for:
- Young people between 18 and 26 years old
- Students enrolled in an educational institution
- Minimum stay of 11 months
- People who value a quiet and organized environment

- Bus connecting to Fertagus (train) at the door of the house, for the entire Almada and Lisbon area
- Bus to Lisbon and Almada 500m away
- 6 km from the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies of the Nova University of Lisbon, Egas Moniz and Piaget Faculties
- 3 km from Almada Forum
- Mini-markets within walking distance

Utilities and conditions:
* Utilities (electricity, water, TV and internet) included in the monthly rent of 480 euros per room, respecting the reasonable use limit.
* The walls, furniture, and equipment are for use, but today by you and tomorrow by other students; we believe in the sustainability of the equipment.
* A manual explaining the use of the equipment will be shared, and you can always ask for more information.
* Security deposit of 2 months to guarantee the correct use of the equipment.
* Individual rental contract per room.
