T1 facing south with lots of natural light, in a building with elevator, located in the middle of Costa da Caparica, very close to commercial areas, restaurants, services, banks and Carris bus stops that connect you to the university in less 15 minutes. It has:
- 1 double bed bedroom with a big built-in wardrobe;
- 1 bathroom;
- 1 large room with sofa, TV, eating area and space for studying area;
- 1 kitchenette equipped with water heater, stove, oven, fridge, microwave oven and washing machine (clothes);
- 1 big balcony with a wide view, equiped with a fall protection net that will also avoid the entrance of pigeons.

Rental from September to July (possibility of partial rentings in July and September, to be charged in proportion). Water, electricity, gas and TV+internet expenses not included and to be charged separately.

1 month deposit to be charged in the beginning of contract and that will be returned only if the apartment is returned without damages or signs of misuse, without device failures, with no missing items and perfectly clean.

In-person or virtual visits available by previous booking.

Long-term renting requests will not be considered or replied.
