The apartment has been completely remodeled at the beginning of 2025, located next to the Almada Seminary.
Easy accessibility with public transport, with buses and metro for getting around the city and nearby universities (5 minutes walk to the metro, 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop).
It consists of 3 rooms (bedrooms), kitchen, pantry, and bathroom. Bedrooms are furnished. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove and oven, storage heater, and other appliances.
It has a backyard.

Availability starting from the 1st of August 2025.

The prices of the rooms differ:-
400 euros (room with access to a balcony and larger size, front view)
- 350 euros (room with window, medium size, front view)
- 300 euros (room with sliding door, rear view).

Expenses not included, except for internet (1gb).
