2 Bedrooms in an Apartment- Costa da Caparica

General characterisation of the flat:
2-bedroom flat available to rent to students (no gender preference) in Santo António da Caparica [From September 2025 to July 2026]. The flat will be shared with 3 students and is about 100 m^2. The whole flat is fully furnished and equipped. The flat has 2 shared bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath). There is no living room. The kitchen is very spacious and very well equipped (with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, pantry, hob, oven and microwave). Located close to the beach (15 min walk from Santo António da Caparica beach). Less than 20 minutes by bus from the Faculty of Science and Technology of Universidade Nova de Lisboa (FCT). Close to grocery shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, hairdressers and the Costa da Caparica Municipal Market.

Expenses to be shared by the 3 students - gas, water and internet

Characterisation of the rooms:
Room 1 (370€ excluding expenses) - With private balcony. King size bed. Built-in wardrobes. Study desk.

Bedroom 2 (360€ excluding expenses) - Built-in wardrobes. Study desk.

Expected flat environment:
The flat is intended to have a calm, quiet environment without the typical student parties. There may be spaces for socialising (to be discussed with students), but always in an atmosphere of respect for each other's space. The environment of the flat will be discussed in advance by the 3 students, so that each one is properly heard. Preference for Master's students, PhD students and researchers.

The student already in the house is finalising her Master's thesis in Metascience at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon (FCUL), with the intention of pursuing further research. The student has interests in the field of biology, with a special focus on ecology.

Warning:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the flat.
- Pets are not allowed.
