Hello. I am renting a room at a 2-bedroom apartment, in a quiet three floor building, located
in a privileged and very central area of ​​Almada (10/15 minutes from the University) and very
close to all public transport.
Very close to the main center of Almada, by metro or foot; this is a residential area close to
all services.
Less than 5 minutes’ walk from the metro stop to the University and to Cacilhas (ferries with
access to Lisbon).
All public transports are a 5 minutes’ walk from the bus stops to Lisbon and to the beach
(Costa da Caparica) and other places in Almada, and the bus stop to the south of the
country.
5 minutes’ walk from the metro to the bridge train (Fertagus). The ferries terminal (in
Cacilhas, by the river) and the train station are about 10 minutes by metro / car and about
20/30 minutes on foot, if you feel like a nice walk.

Private room with access to all house areas and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen and fully
equipped living and dining room, smart TV, internet, portable air conditioning, heaters.
The room is single/private with a balcony; wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
Only one other person in the apartment occupying the other available room.
The price of 500eur includes rent, water, electricity, gas, internet, cleaning fees (includes
cleaning of common spaces, except for the bedroom), cleaning products, towels, sheets,
blankets and their washing.
